Q.

After c section of delivery very little quantity of milk is coming from the breast.It is not sufficient for the baby.Please suggest me how to increase milk.

A. Some women can produce proper milk after 7 to 10 days of the C-section surgery but currently I would advise you to go ahead be taking fenugreek capsule is twice in a day to capsule is one time and that is going to be helpful and try to consume good amount of fluids and high-protein diet
