After c section I have digestion issue I use to go to washroom after every meal what should I do my daughter is just month and today I took 1 ridol by medical store is it safe for my baby pls answer

Namaste Mom, AS after delivery it is highly recommended to prefer easy to digest foods, also avoid taking medications over the counter , now the medicine that you have taken has the tendency to pass through the breast milk, and this causes digestion issues with baby,
