Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children6 years agoA. hello mom, after 6 to 8 weeks of of C section you can use cotton cloth wrap or belly belt to tie tummy... you should take advice of your gynecologist whether your internal wounds are healed or not ,otherwise it could cause bleeding or some infection.. belly belt will be more comfortable as it covers whole tummy ..
