After breast feed my 4 months baby still put his hand on his mouth..does this mean he’s still hungry

If after feeding baby is still crying or demanding more feed it means ba y is still hungry but if baby is nit crying or not demanding feed again and putting fingers in the mouth it means this is just a habit of baby. Try to stop this habit this is not good
