Q.
After birth of 5 days baby she is seizure due to calcium low in body ,Dr. has observed and said calcium low and now she is fine but she is sleeping much

Sudha KonarMom of a 5 m old boy2 months agoA. my baby also had seizure due to low calcium,at 7 days old. now he is 4 month old no seizure. can I ask your baby is 4 years old. no seizure ?? or anything else

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the newborn babies will be sleeping almost up to 20 hours in 24 hours if the baby is taking feeding normally no conversions at present probably no need to worry

Hi mom No need to worry It’s all normal and common Sleep pattern will correct soon Give adequate feeding Wake up baby by gently tapping her legs or mouth Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Stay hydrated Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding
