After ate banana, can we take milk at night

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. I avoid giving milk immediately after banana and skso banana should be given during afternoon time to vaby and in dinner give wholesome meal to the vaby and milk can ge given at bed time

Ya Just try to maintain a gap of at least one hour between two things otherwise it will be just like over eating nothing else otherwise there is no thing where in you cannot have Milk over banana it’s absolutely not like that you can have things but by keeping a proper difference between timings
