after a c section when can we lift weights , like lifting a toddler or lifting a bucket full of water or lifting anything around 10 kg..

A. Avoid doing that fir initial six weeks and later start with only light exercises according to your comfort and avoid lifting heavy weight till your stitches heal completely take care and stay safe
