after 4 months delivery which milk can be drink raw milk or boil milk for best recovery of back pain and also body ??

A. You should drink boiled milk and add protein powder to it like protenix or women horlicks to it and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and avoid forward bending and avoid long standing hours
