after 2 days of delivery can I use detol in water for my normal delivery stitchs pain

Yes of course you can in fact I would suggest you to check with your gynaecologist to use potassium permanganate and take sits bath with that twice in a day you can add some warm water into a tub and sit into that your stitches are going to be heal early and the pain will also reduce down because of that
