After 14th week vaccination done yesterday our baby is suffering from fever 100.6, feeling uneasy, crying, unable to sleep whole night. in this situdation what to do?

A. hi give peracetamol drops this will help to cure pain, and fever both. give it as per your doctors prescription or as per instructions given on packet. try cool pack on injected site ,it reduces the redness ,swelling ,pain etc
