A. Namaste Mom, This varies a little from child as well as alone diet and therapy would go hand and hand, SO prefer good quality protein so eggs, chicken, fish , dals, legumes such as chana, rajma etc tofu, panner, milk omega 3 fatty acids would also be helpful for brain function and improves attentin and well also help to reduce hyper activity as well foods such as walnuts , flax seeds, etc avoid packaged foods and refined foods as such, prefer whole grains and cereals
