A. you can use any oil which is preferable for you. it should be free of additives and should be pure. massage mainly increases bonding between you and baby. gives comfort to baby. soothing, relaxing for both of you. helps in digestion, induces good sleep. calcium strengthens bones, not massage. so its really upto you , your time, baby's enjoyment, weather etc. no rules as such.

A. You may massage the baby every day with Rogan badam shreen and fresh milk cream and leave it for half an hour and bathe the baby after that
