Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can give all seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. Give plain nuts and seeds to eat. Give milk and milk products like cheese, butter, ghee in small amounts, curd and homemade paneer. Give one boiled egg per day. Give roti with Dal or peas and potato curry. Give idli and dosa with sambar or with butter or ghee. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give peanut butter sandwich. Give rice with dal or you can even give curd rice. Give almond milk and kesar milk. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies.
