a white head painless small pimple in nipple while pressing it goes normal...what is this??

It could just be associated with like a milk blob but you know you have to be more sure about it because if it is happening constantly like this you feel it kind of a white head and going away again then it’s not as simple as it looks you should talk to your gynaecologist once
