A part of my baby arm is swollen since yesterday night and is not painful. What can be done?

there is pus accumulated beneath thez swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you canz give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
