Q.

A little over 3 months , my baby was introduced to the traditional jhoola/ swing by our parents & now baby is 4m+ & wouldn’t sleep without it . Before this he slept beside me in the bed & was just fine but now he wouldn’t go back to basics. What do I do ? Am afraid this would become a habit that he needs swing all the time to sleep

A. Let ur baby to sleep with any of his /her comfortable position. It may be supine, lateral, prone (on tummy) legs up, No need to worry for that positions. Don't change baby's position forcefully if Baby is sleeping comfortably with any position. Feed as per baby's demand only. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
