a 3 .5 year girl having fever with cough and running nose what medicine should I give I give her monticope syp n meftal p but fever had not subsided what should I do

if fever is quite high and your doctor has recommended then only you need to give meftal P or otherwise only Paracetamol is sufficient.
if you can find guduchi plant in your vicinity you can prepare the decoction of the stem and give it after filtering to your baby that will immediately bring down the fever and this decoction and longer and also helps in building the immune system
