Q.

9month old baby has severe chest congestion. Doc advised for Nebulizer. should combimist L respules and Derinide respules be kept in the fridge? both are 2.5ml, doc advised .5ml thrice daily. how should it be given? after using .5ml should I discard the rest or can I use it for one day? if so should it be refrigerated? pls help

A. Storage and Handling Instructions Store in the protective foil pouch under refrigeration at 2°–8°C. Do not freeze. Once opened, the foil pouch containing the respules can be stored at room temperature below 25°C for up to 4 weeks. If kept at room temperature for more than 4 weeks, do not use the respules and discard.
