98.7 is normal temperature or fever ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl2 weeks agoA. 99°F is fever so your temperature is almost heading towards that but right now there is no fever the body could be warm so you can do cold compress which will reduce the temperature and if the temperature increases then you can give paracetamol
