if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet andd processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation

Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
