8 month old boy baby , very active and teeth is erupting.. what's the right time to introduce egg / meat items?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 months agoA. Namaste Mom Now is the ideal time that you can introduce the eggs and meat etc to the baby as by now they get used to certain foods as such egg yolk is preferred as a whole egg can be given from the age of 1 onwards
