8 month baby ..how to giv solid n formula..time gap how to giv..I'm confused..

A. You try to maintain a minimum gap of 2 to 3 hours in between two things it’s always said that Milk should be given on demand if you have given proper food to the child then you wait for at least minimum of two hours and see if your child is demanding for a feed after that then you immediately can feed the child
