SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, 3 to 4 times during night time. It depends on baby. Some babies will wake up every two hours and a few babies will take the feed once in four hours. As they start taking solid food gradually the number of feeds will get decreased.
