Q.
7th month is running for my son. I'm feeding him solids now is it okay to feed curd rice now? how much gap should be there to feed milk after giving curd rice? Also provide some food suggestions at this age Thank you

yes ofcourse,you can offer curd rice.
and ideally you can keep gap of 2 hours between two feeds.
don't worry you can breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
