Dr Vinay kulkarniFather of 2 children7 years agoA. Approximately 16 to 18 dros means 1 ml . So 7 drops means around 0.4 ml . It is always better to give medication by dropper,which is provided with the drug. Take prescribed dose in spoon a d then give.
