A. it is very important to maintain good hydration right now. breast feed frequently as breast milk gives hydration, nutrition and comfort to child. keep feeding ors after every stool for hydration initially give curd and buttermilk curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup. use Clean safe water for preparation of food maintain proper hygiene hand wash with soap after before feeding also for baby consult doctor
