Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine givfden. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi Honitus by Dabur is quite a good supplement that you can go for each one of the best medicines for cough so you can give it to the child but make sure that you do not give any water to the child on top of that for at least 40 minutes
