A. Hi To begin with you should definitely go ahead with rice Dal water at least for 3 to 4 days once your child gets used to it after that you should go ahead with all kind of vegetable and fruit purée and they slowly you can shift to porridge and khichadi also vegetable soups are good pumpkin soup is good papaya should be into daily diets to deal with constipation so that your child is motion is always clear and give good amount of dairy products or soya ragi can also be given to the child
