Q.

6 yr old fall on the back head..after 2.5-3 hrs he vomited for once..what should i do?

A. please consult doctor ASAP

A. Sometimes these things can be assigned for an internal injury now you have to check how badly your child had fallen down on the back of the head because if the child is acting all good but suddenly vomit and massively the child that can be a sign of internal injury so it would be good for you to connect with your doctor for that
