6 years old girl got stomach yesterday afternoon evening she went motion and night she getting motion for her inner blood drops are there now morning she went motion its normal only any thing serious

Blood in the motion is usually associated with stomach infection though right now the motion may be clear but you should stay monitor for another 12 to 24 hours if you see that the motion discomfort your child having then it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor for further assessment
