Crocin DS you can give to the child as per the current weight of your child as it would be mentioned onto the bottle so accordingly you can give one time and then you can repeat the dosage again after six hours if the temperature rises if the temperature does not subside completely by the time of 72 hours then you should consult your doctor for further assistance
