Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum ! Gradually you can introduce one one item Fruits can be given in the form of juices or milkshakes, for vegetables you can give as soups or even add veggies to sambar or other curry as well.. Slowly introduce to them as snacks with the combination fo fruits. They may start liking it.You can nuts to your little one. Nuts powder can be made homemad added to milk, juice or even in foods. That's so healthy. Dates syrup is also very good and healthy. You may give avocado that's is loaded with lots of benefits and helps in healthy weight gain
