6 months old baby is having fever.consulted doctor 2 days before.given fepanil medicine.again consulted and an additional medicine given.urine checked and it's normal.what may be the issue

A. the baby is 6 months of age and baby is having fever only for 2 days it is not possible to come through any conclusion for so early in the baby e you have to treat with the medicines given by the doctor
