Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl3 days agoA. Not before completing the age of 13 months it’s very unhealthy you introduce it as of now after that you can introduce it to the child by adding 20% or 30% of water into it to make it light and easy for the child to digest
