6 month old otherwise healthy female baby ,fever with hot urine since today mid night,cries intensify during passing urine and gas .....passed stool yesterday without any issue. no other visible causes

This may require proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That willntbt be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
