Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.

Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune.Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato.Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa.Pulses: Yellow Moong Dal.Well-cooked and pureed meat, poultry or beans.Ground, cooked, single-grain cereal or infant cereal with breast milk or formula.Cooked and pureed vegetables.Mashed banana or avocado.At six months offer purées. At seven to nine months try mashed or minced food, (not purées) and be sure to include some lumps. Use a fork to mash foods and not a blender so that the texture is more lumpy. You can also start on finger foods after seven months.
