yes completion of 6 months age, you can now start to offer semisolid food to your child.
but as your child digestive system is not used to of semisolid food ,offer food like dal ka Pani , fruit juice which your child can easily digest.
initially ,serve semisolid food once in a day.
then gradually increase the consistency and variety of food .
