Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mom, since the child is around 7 months you can very well start with homemade porridges like multigrain which provides nourishment for the body. Also fruit purees, veg soups, rice kichidis arw choices but go one food at a time to rule out allergies and intolerance

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If you have already started cerelac then twice a day mid morning, evening by 4-5 pm. Check suitability before introducing new food item. Along with cerelac, home made cerelac, mashed banana, mango, Chikoo, Papaya puriee, steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple,sooji porridge, idly. Avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods. Give boiled water, rice starch, soups, malts,dal water as fluids.
