5 Years boy daily diet routine

A. Hai good evening !! Give 3 meals,2 snacks ,milk once or twice a day are suggested . Include fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables ,dals(pulses,legumes) roti with dal,sabji/paneer/egg,curd,kichdi, idly, ragi,jowar,soaked nuts or nuts powder or ladoo,chikki in regular diet to meet the balanced nutrition. Engage in physical activities ,out door games for overall growth,development .
