Hello ma’am There is a possibility that your child may be having its teeth which is why your child is biting the nipple of the bottle so I would advise you to start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS6 tablet thrice a day with a gap of six hours which will help in easy teething to the baby and also you can give a teether to the child for the time being
