Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breastd feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint. there is no dproblem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
