NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello on the first month you cannot notice much weight gain as babies birth weight will first reduce and then it starts gaining and later if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight and absolutely nothing to worry
