40months baby girl suddenly started itching andred rashes on her legs.... any reason and remidies kindly suggest me doctor ... doctor advised for 5days xyzal syrup in night time

Then of course you should proceed with what your doctor recommended but in terms of body lotion currently I can suggest you to apply calamine lotion that would be a good option for you to use and other than that just don’t apply any oil or cream on the body for the time being
