Q.

40 days old baby not poop for last 5 days ? what should I do because of that baby is getting irritated as doing vomiting plus passing lot of gas ?

A. 40 days baby has this. It is absolutely normal for the baby to not pass motion even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry if it is above one week then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation as not recommended.

A. Colicaid Is medicine for stomach pain and Gas issues it is also very important medicines you should keep it handy the one I’m suggesting is to regulate the digestive system of the child

Give neopeptine Drops to your child five drops twice a day for 3 to 5 days maximum I hope it is going to help in regulating the digestive system of your child and your child will pass motion you are absolutely correct it is just because your child is unable to pass motion which is why your child is so irritated so this medicine is going to help
