4 years old got cold cough seems dry cough as of now will turn to wet ( last time happened) shall I give him ascoril d junior and Sinarest af together or asthakind La and Sinarest af ? Please suggest. I have 2 months old too so scared If infection spreads

A. Ascoril and Sinarist is good to be given to the child you can go ahead with that but at the end of the day the child is not getting relieved then you should consult the doctor and if you’ve already done that then apart from medication check with the doctor to start nebulising the child
