seasonal fruits, and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese
eggs and non veg foods
dry fruits
add ghee to baby's food.

by the age of one year ,kids can able to take food from your family food pot.
so no baby food items or no specific diet is required.
set your child mealtime along with yours
and serve whatever you take in your own dish.
