4 weeks old babies twins For 3 days baby 1 didn't go to motion is it ok shall we consult a doctor?

Constipation is completely normal and natural in this age so please do not worry about it over the period the child will have a proper digestive system and motion timing but currently the child does not pass a motion for 7 to 10 days but does not show any sign of discomfort then there is no problem with that
