4 Months old one lactogen 1 pro formula feeding....have green poop daily occasionally have grey poop..is that a concern

A. Green and grey coloured poop is very commonly associated with formula medicine you are very clearly mentioned that your child is having formula milk so I would confirm that this is the reason because formula milk when you give it’s very common for a child to show green and grey is hardly there ever
