4 months old bay hasn't done poop since 5 days. he is passing gas with foul smell. is this normal or should we do something to get this treated?

A. hello parent ur kid 4 m old, some babies pass stools once ine 3-5 days do not worry, as long as child is active taking feeds well without vomitings do not worry
