Q.

4 months old baby... suddenly coughing like something obstruction in the throat..later he released mucus through sneezing

A. maybe the flu. Cold and running nose may be due to season variation so you can give a steam for this and also can give asthakind for the cough if it is there otherwise it takes around 5 days to be normal . no need to worry for this .
